The Four-Week Introduction to Yoga courses are for students new to yoga or to the Iyengar method. The
class meets once a week and introduces the basic principles of yoga poses, yoga philosophy, relaxation,
and breathing techniques. Class size is limited to 20 students.
We strongly discourage waiting until the day of the first class to register because Introductory Series will be
cancelled unless there is a minimum number of pre-registered students. To further discourage this, there will be a
$15 drop-in fee added to the cost of the series on or after the third day before the first class begins. (If the
class begins on Sunday, the fee will be incurred from Thursday until Sunday).
