The four-Week Yoga for Menopause Workshop is designed for beginning through advanced students who seek
hormone balance and help with symptoms from mood to libido to irregular periods. In each four week series we will
continue to explore menopausal issues and hone our skills on how to deal with them.This series will work with
breath, kriyas, yin yoga and restorative poses as the foundation for reduction of symptoms and promotion of health
during this volatile transition.
Michelle Cordero brings over twelve years of yoga, bodywork and fitness experience to her yoga teaching. She is a
graduate of three teacher training programs. Deeply committed to high quality instruction and to evolving her
practice, Michelle continues to study with some of the most accomplished yoga masters in the country including:
Ana Forrest, Shiva Rea, Sarah Powers and Angela Farmer. Her Deep Flow classes combine vinyasa flow, Forrest
techniques, core strength and breath awareness to help students of all levels develop greater strength, flexibility
and inner awareness.
Cancellations before February 23 will be refunded less a $15 administration fee. No refunds for cancellations
on/after February 24.
