Autumn Alvarez
Autumn began her study of Hatha Yoga in 1996, after
many years of training in ballet and Pilates. Her formal
training includes participation in the 18-month Advanced
Studies Program in 2002-03 at PYS and a month-long
residency at the Yoga Workshop in Boulder, CO with
Richard Freeman in 2004.
