Nancy Randall

Nancy Randall has been a student of yoga for over 40 years, studying several lineages, both in the US and in India. In her 20 year teaching career, she has also explored other mind/body modalities, movement, reflexes and most currently energy medicine. 
 
Observing how movement and the mind relate to the breath is the core of her teaching.
