Vickie Russell Bell
Vickie Russell Bell has been studying yoga since 1990 and
began teaching in 1994 in Ohio. Her teaching style emphasizes
body awareness, alignment, and the integration of mindfulness
and ease in Hatha yoga practice and daily life. She is a
graduate of the PYS Advanced Studies Program and a certified
"Relax & Renew" trainer.
