These are some examples of yoga styles if you want to focus on different aspects of your body, whichever style you will do, it will still improve your health;

- Raja: Mental Aspects – Raja focuses on mental aspects, such as building concentration, focusing, and patience.
- Sivananda: Spirituality – Sivananda focuses on spirituality, such as meditation and relaxation.
- Vinyasa: Sequencing – Vinyasa is a type of yoga that focuses on the sequencing of poses to get a certain benefit. For example, you will do a pose for a certain amount of time and then change to the next pose in sequence.
